From Cape Town International Airport

Exit the airport and drive towards the N2 sign. Turn left to Somerset West on the N2. Drive 15km and exit on R310 or Baden Powell Road, in the direction of Stellenbosch. Drive approximately 8km along Baden Powell. Turn right into Annandale Road towards the R44. Approach the intersection. Cross over the R44 and drive about 1km and turn right into Webersburg Main Entrance.

From N1 or Paarl

From Cape Town, exit the N1 by taking a right at the Stellenbosch or R44 turn off. From Paarl you will take the left turn off onto the R44. Follow the R44 through Stellenbosch in the direction of Somerset West. Annandale road is situated approximately 8km from Dorp Street or Stellenbosch CBD and is well sign posted on the R44. Turn left into Annandale Road, the road at the traffic lights in front of Mooiberge (Strawberry farmstall). Drive about 1km and turn right into Webersburg.

Farm layout and areas

The ceremony, weather permitting, will be held on the lawns between the cellar and the rose garden. Inclement weather ceremony will be held in the cellar.

Accommodation at the Venue

Webersburg offers a range of different accommodation options. 54 Guests can be accommodated on the Estate.

You will be redirected to their website where you can find more information, view the standard rates and photos. Please note, the Manor house and Oak cottage are reserved by the bride and groom.

You will not be able to book online through the Weberbsurg website as all the rooms are reserved for our wedding guests. If you try to book via the Webersburg website, you will find all accommodation for our date is marked as “SOLD“.
Instead, rooms can be booked through us (Sven and Laurinda). Please let us know which room you would like to book by completing the “accommodation section“ on the RSVP.
We will contact the Webersburg team on your behalf with your booking request. Weberbsurg will then contact you and forward an invoice.
Accommodation invoices will only be sent out 40 days prior to the wedding date (around 15 December 2025). You will then continue to manage the booking with them.
The rooms are reserved for wedding guests up to 40 days before the wedding (15 December 2025), after which unreserved rooms will be released to the general public.
We will submit the list of booked accommodation we collect via the RSVPs by 14 November 2025.
If you wish to book accommodation on the estate closer to the time of the wedding (after 14 November 2025), you will have to wait for the unreserved rooms to be released on the Webersburg website and book online. Please note, the 10% discount may not apply.
No, there is no minimum stay required.
Check-in time is from 14h00 on the day and check-out is strictly at 10h00. Webersburg cannot always accommodate earlier check-ins or later check-outs due to the high season bookings. If guests arrive before 14h00, they are always welcome to store luggage at reception and then join the restaurant for lunch or do wine tasting in the surrounds. Please also note the restaurant will be closed for lunch and wine tasting on the day of the wedding.
Webersburg offers travel cots to infants or mattresses for children in rooms strictly under 12 yrs old. Mattresses cost an additional R650. There are two baby cots available free of charge.
Not all the rooms can easily take a mattress or travel cot. Please take this into consideration when picking a room to book. A virtual tour of all the rooms can be found on the Webersburg website. It is a good idea to work through the rooms to give you an idea of the space.
Yes, Webersburg offers wedding guests a 10% discount from their standard accommodation rates.

Weberburg is situated approximately 20 minutes outside central Stellenbosch, Somerset West and Strand. Franschhoek, Cape Town city center and Durbanville are about 45 minutes to 1 hour away. These Cape Town suburbs and surrounding towns are loved by travelers and locals alike. There is an abundance of various different stays available to suit every preference. We are confident that an online search or quick browse on your favourite booking website will provide various alternatives.

Eat at the Venue

Breakfast will be served at the restaurant for guests staying at Webersburg from 08h00 to 10h00.

The restaurant is also our reception venue. Please note that the restaurant and wine tasting area will be closed for lunch on the wedding day. This will allow the chefs to prepare our delicious canapes and dinner.
